Wig Services are all the services you need to help with the upkeep of your wig unit!
Wig Maintenance: This service includes shampooing, deep conditioning and bringing your old wig unit back to life. Any form of a curl will be an additional charge, as well as band replacement or any form of wig restoration. However, sleek straight is included in this service.
Wig Revamp: This service includes all of the above and also for your wig unit to be remade onto another wig cap. Over time wig caps can stretch out and loose its shape. This service is great for that. If you need to switch out your closure, please make sure to add the closure to the cart as well for checkout.

Shampoo bundles with sulfate free shampoo, to ensure that the hair keeps its natural sheen and moisture. We recommend that you shampoo your bundles at least once a week.

Deep conditioning is a must with your hair, it's going to help restore the hair's moisture, leaving the hair nice and soft.

Always apply a heat protectant oil or spray to your hair before applying heat with any hot tool.

Allow hair to air dry after it has been properly shampooed and conditioned. With curly textures it's ok to apply a little leave in conditioner, while air drying.

Some products we recommend are Aussie shampoo and conditioner, Tresemme shampoo and conditioner and Biosilk or Design Essentials as a heat protectant.

Processing times can take between 24-72 hours. Shipping usually takes 2-10 business days, through USPS. Wig orders can take a little longer because the construction process takes time. Construction process and shipping can be 7-15 days. Please be patient with wig orders. All items will be sent out Monday-Friday. No shipments will be made on holidays or weekends. Sales tax and shipping fees do apply to every order.

We currently do not offer any returns on our products. Please make sure that the item you purchase is the correct item. Also, if you feel like you made a mistake on an item, please contact us immediately on out Contact Us page.
Exchanges

Exchanges are offered only if item/product is defective or damaged. To be eligible for an exchange, your item much be in the same condition it was received. Also, in its original packaging. Please make sure you email us immediately, so that we can get back to you as soon as possible.
